Volgograd is one of the biggest cities in Central Russia and situated on Volga river. May 20th the traffic was stopped due to the more than 1 meter swings on the bridge that connects two parts of the city. This bridge started to operate since 2009. Today scientists finally announced the engineering solution that will be implemented in order to fix this problem.
